Without the exceptional talent and commitment from our people, we are nothing but a name. To that end, it all starts with locating and finding the “best of the best” and then together building an environment that is both challenging and enjoyable.

This is why our culture is so important to us. We must succeed, every day, at creating an environment that allows people to be their best. This isn’t empty rhetoric, it’s simply good business.

With a self-directed vacation policy (there is no policy) to a trusted expense policy we want happy people that perform above and beyond even their own expectations. We all are share in the success of our business.

Principles

To help guide us as in our mission, we have developed the following culture principles:

  • Integrity: always act with integrity, in every situation
  • Promise: keep your promises, do what you say you will do
  • Communication: practice open, honest and direct communication
  • Humility: stay humble, we are rarely as great as we sometimes think we are
  • Freedom: give people the freedom and respect to create, and they will surprise you
  • Priorities: make time for your family and friends, without them, what is it all for anyway?
  • Community: give back to the community, make the world a better place by being involved
