Eric Simone has over twenty-four years of experience in the computer industry. He founded Compete, Inc. in 1994 along with two other IBM colleagues. Compete focused on providing consulting services for IBM’s WebSphere brand of software products. While Eric served as President and CTO, Compete grew to over $12M in revenues, and was sold to Perficient, Inc. (PRFT NASDAQ) for $63M in May 2000. The acquisition of Compete introduced the IBM relationship to Perficient, a core component of their business today. Mr. Simone served as a Director of Perficient before founding ClearBlade in 2007. Mr. Simone graduated with a B.S. in Computer Science from Purdue University in 1988.

Aaron’s background ranges from software engineering to being an IT specialist. Aaron provides valuable guidance and enablement to clients interested in executing modernization initiatives. In the interest of our community, he leads and participates in open source activities, including Open EGL, EGLTV, and EGLCafe. Bill has over 16 years of experience in the computer industry as an Architect, Project Leader, and Developer for full life cycle software engineering of database driven web and windows applications. Bill holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN.
John has over 24 years of experience in Information Technology as an Independent Consultant, Project Leader, Systems Engineer, Systems Analyst and Programmer. He has proven strategic business planning, leadership, analytical and programming skills. He is experienced at analysing, documenting, creating, developing and deploying complex systems and architectures. Prior to joining ClearBlade John was part of a consulting corporation that provided independent software solutions to many clients.
Jim has experience in application development. Jim holds a Masters degree in Computer Science, and a Bachelors degree in Math and Economics from Northern Illinois University.
Kent is a Senior Account Executive based out of San Diego, concentrating on providing modernization, mobile, data and testing solutions to ClearBlade customers West of the Mississippi. Before joining ClearBlade, Kent spent 10 years in wireless telecommunications performing marketing and sales duties. Kent graduated in 1994 with a BA in Economics and a BA in History from the University of California, San Diego.

As ClearBlade's Graphic Designer and Usability Specialist, Rebecca works with our consultants and clients to determine the desired user experience for websites and mobile applications. Scott is a CPA with 20 years of diverse experience in multiple industries including professional services, publishing, non-profit administration, commercial real estate construction and management, and retail operations. Scott holds a BBA in accounting from the University of Texas at Austin.

As a mobile consultant intern for ClearBlade, Andy develops mobile applications, working with new technologies and determining which ones to use to maximize production speed and quality. Sheri has over 15 years experience with CSP, VAGen and EGL, ranging from Programmer to Project Lead. She was a team member for a large-scale CSP to VAGen migration, then later became the Technical Lead for the migration from VAGen to EGL. She now uses this experience and knowledge to assist ClearBlade's variety of customers during their migrations. She graduated from DeVry University in 1997 with a B.S. in Computer Information Systems and continues to educate herself on IBM Rational products and other related software.
Pete Olson has 15 plus years of experience in sales, including 8 in commercial real estate and 6 in Telecom. Pete is ClearBlade's Senior Account Executive in the East. He graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a BS in Psychology in 1993 and also holds a Masters degree in Public Administration from Central Michigan University in 1999.
Jim has over 15 years of experience in the design, development, deployment, and support of distributed and mainframe software applications. Over his career, Jim has exhibited a high level of expertise in the use of mainframe tools, software languages and databases. Jim also possesses detailed knowledge of all phases of the software development life cycle. Jim received a bachelor’s degree from Northern Illinois University in 1996. In his free time, Jim enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, softball, and rooting for his beloved White Sox.
Corbyn is ClearBlade's intern for back end work in mobile application software. He is currently in his second year of undergrad at the University of Texas - Austin where he is majoring in Computer Science. Recently he has interned with Intel and participated in research with the University of Texas - Austin and Texas Tech University.

Mary Jo has spent the last 11 years in the IT industry managing the administrative operations for IBM Business Partner companies centered on Rational services and sales. She brings to ClearBlade this industry-specific background as well as experience in human resources, accounting and contract law. With the growth of ClearBlade, Mary Jo’s initiatives to set repeatable processes in place will enable the continuity of operations and communications for all its offices, customers and vendors. Mary Jo holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Oral Roberts University and an Associates degree in Legal Administration from Tulsa Community College.
Gloria has more than 11 years of secretarial experience. Her excellent interpersonal and customer skills are a valuable asset in ClearBlade's fast-paced environment. Gloria holds a degree from Southeast Texas Technical Institute in Corpus Christi, Texas.

Brian Hall has over twenty-five years of experience in the computer industry coming to ClearBlade from IBM. Most recently, Mr. Hall was the Client Technical Advisor for the Texas Public Sector where he was responsible for architecting and overseeing complex multidisciplinary solutions for IBM's government customers. Previously Mr. Hall worked in various business development and technical roles at startups and IBM business partners most notably at Scopus Technologies which was acquired by Siebel Systems. He started his career in software development in the aerospace and financial industries. Mr. Hall graduated with a B.S. in Computer Science from Vanderbilt University and a M.S. in Computer Science from DePaul University.

Brad Gossett has years of experience in enterprise software and IT Outsourcing, having come to ClearBlade from IBM, where he was the mainframe software representative for one of IBM’s largest customers/competitors. He actually hired ClearBlade for three engagements at IBM before deciding to come to work for them. Before IBM, he spent three years as the Global Alliance Manager for Affiliated Computer Services (which is now Xerox), responsible for deploying the IBM software and hardware contract to ACS, and its customers. In addition to IT, Brad also has a finance background having sold financial products/services at Wells Fargo Bank, and First National Bank of Wichita Falls. He has a B.S. in Business Administration, from Texas Tech University.
Mack is a recent Computer Science graduate from Toronto Canada and specializes in mobile development at ClearBlade. While working on his degree, he became a specialist in Rational Software while completing an internship at IBM. He also played a key role in a major IBM website migration. Some of his other ares of interest include web crawling, parsing and designing minimalist, modern user interfaces.
As a mobile developer at ClearBlade, Malcolm works with our clients to develop hybrid mobile applications for a variety of devices and platforms. David Gavigan is a recent graduate specializing in enterprise mobile at Clearblade. While completing his degree at Texas State University, David studied Computer Information Systems with a focus on enterprise and mobile development. David has previously spent time working at the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts in Austin, TX.

Stephen has 20 years experience in technology sales, including 11 years with AT&T, creating custom data-networking solutions for large companies. A 1989 graduate of Trinity University (B.A. History), Stephen holds a Masters Degree in Communication Management from the University of Southern California. Stephen is also the founder of Spatula Dad, an online resource for parents seeking healthy eating ideas for their kids. He enjoys the perfect margarita and likes mobile apps that help humans do their jobs better.
Trevor has over 15 years of experience in the Information Technology, Financial and Petroleum industries. As well he spent 6 years in the US Navy where he both worked aboard a nuclear sub and taught weapons and engineering courses for the Navy. Trevor has been involved in developing, testing and deploying systems, processes and models. Trevor’s most recent work with SPSS makes him a great addition to the Data Team. Trevor holds an MBA and a BS in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Oklahoma, and is a Dunham Scholar at the London School of Economics in London, England.
